The same link stays valid for every future referral, and you can expire or revoke it at any time.

Yes. Insurance details and policy numbers are stored on the client profile. When you need to submit a claim, you multi-select the relevant invoices and clinical notes and send them straight to the insurer from one screen. Every submission is logged with a timestamp so you always know what was sent and when.
